What pictures don't show though is the amazing customer experience we had with this company from start to finish. From the moment we met Joe Bird, we knew he was the type of person we wanted to do business with. His attention to detail on what we wanted to create is the reason the patio turned out better than we imagined. He was extremely easy to work with. Also, the crew that we worked with was the most kind, thoughtful group we have ever had working on a project at our home. They were always timely in the morning, and diligent with cleanup, ensuring that our children could continue to play safely outside when they were done each day. We had neighbors even comment on how they ensured the street was cleaned where they where loading and unloading each day! After the patio was completed, they continued to remain a resource to our family, ensuring that everything went the way we wanted it to go. They even came back 6 months later to fill in a couple of small low spots with additional dirt and seed around the patio.
